Description
The client intends to conclude framework agreements with all suitable companies for the provision of employees in nursing patient care. The framework agreements relate to the areas of general wards, functional areas (operating room, recovery room, IMC, anesthesia, emergency care and intensive care), as well as the neurotraumatology center and assignments in individual care.
This notice does not concern the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU. It is made solely for the purpose of broad and transparent competition.The contracting authority concludes framework agreements with all suitable companies. No selection decision will be made. The framework agreements shall enter into force upon signature by both contracting parties. It is possible to join this open house procedure at any time.There are no individual negotiations. The contract documents and conditions specified by the client apply equally to all companies. In particular, the maximum prices are specified by the client. If these are not accepted, no contract can be concluded. The client does not guarantee any exclusivity to individual companies.The call-off from the framework agreements takes place via the platform InSitu of InSitu Software GmbH. Participation in the open house procedure requires the willingness to use the platform. Participation is free of charge for the contractors.Further information can be found in the contract documents.
